Skin Consultations
Your skin journey begins with a personalised, nurse-led consultation. During this appointment, we take the time to understand your skin concerns, lifestyle, and long-term goals in a relaxed and supportive setting. It’s a collaborative conversation designed to help you explore your options and learn more about how our treatments may support your skin health.
You may choose from two options:
Consultation without Treatment – a focused appointment to discuss your current routine, explore your concerns, and receive tailored recommendations.
Initial Consultation with Treatment – a longer session that combines your consultation with a treatment, designed to begin addressing your skin concerns straight away (if appropriate and following suitability assessment).

You’ll receive a registration form to complete before your consultation, which helps us get to know you better and make the best use of the time we have together.
There’s no specific skin preparation you need to do, but we’d love to hear what your current routine is and what you’d like to achieve through your skin treatments.
There is no time allocated for treatment with this 30 minute consultation. This appointment will cover product and skin treatment recommendations based on your needs.

Our Initial Skin Consultation Treatment takes 90 minutes and costs $199, this is the perfect place to begin for al new skin patients.
Expect a conversation regarding your current routine and concerns.
Following we will commence a thorough and bespoke cleansing routine, exfoliation steps along with complimentary IMBIBE and/or Synergie Skin Science products and Dermalux LED.
We’ll write you a skin prescription, which is a clear, customised plan for your complexion, and provide recommendations.

We will also recommend what treatment to have next, and when.
We strongly support samples, so will always provide appropriate options for you to trial at home.
Dermalux LED Therapy

If you select our Bespoke LED Facial, we’ll begin with a gentle cleanse to prepare your skin for the treatment. If you select LED only, we’ll move straight to LED therapy.
Followed by, relaxation under the therapeutic glow of LED light for 30 minutes, depending on what your skin needs.

Stay hydrated, regularly reapply your sunscreen and stick to your tailored skincare routine, as directed.
The effect of the treatment is cumulative and you will notice a greater improvement with each session. It’s best if you do a series of between 6 and 12 LED sessions, each done close together for best results.
SkinPen Micro-Needling
At NES Aesthetics, SkinPen micro-needling is elevated with advanced serums designed to accelerate and refine your results. Following consultation, our nurses may recommend one of several premium options tailored to your skin’s needs:
NCTF+ –a carefully balanced cocktail of vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid to hydrate, brighten, and improve skin vitality.

We’ll start with a deep, double cleanse to prepare your skin.
Followed by micro-needling across your face, neck, and décolletage using our TGA approved SkinPen. You may feel a warm, tingling sensation during this part.
Discomfort is expected vs pain
Then, a soothing LED light session and cooling exosome-infused sheet mask to accelerate both your skin’s healing and the benefits of exosomes and skin-needling.

Expect sensitivity, and potential dryness as your skin renews.
No non-mineral makeup for 24 hours after treatment.
It’s essential to stay out of the sun for 2 weeks after your treatment, and reapply your sunscreen regularly.

These treatments may require preparation and are not suitable for everyone.
Not recommended if you are currently taking Accutane.
Avoid prescription retinoids, steroids, and antibiotics for 4 weeks before treatment.

Your treatment begins with a nurse-led skin assessment to select the most suitable peel.
A customised formulation, using low to medium, strength actives - is then applied for targeted renewal.
To complete the experience, your skin is soothed with Dermalux LED therapy, a hot towel with essential oil inhalation, bespoke finishing products and a light facial massage.

Aftercare Guidelines – Signature Chemical Peels
For the first 24 hours: avoid makeup, direct sun exposure, and strenuous exercise.
For the next 5 days: avoid active ingredients (retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, Vitamin C) and exfoliating products.
Keep skin well moisturised, drink at least 2L of water daily, and apply broad-spectrum SPF diligently.
Avoid facial waxing or hair removal for 1 week post-peel.
We recommend using Synergie Skin ÜberZinc Face AM & PM for the first 48 hours after treatment.
Bespoke Advanced Treatments
Our Advanced Chemical Peels are available exclusively to existing patients who are already using medical-grade skincare at home. To support recovery and optimise your results, please follow these guidelines:
First 48 hours: Avoid makeup, direct sun exposure, heat, and strenuous exercise.
Day 2–6: You may notice light shedding or flaking as part of the skin’s natural renewal process. Do not pick or peel the skin. Allow it to shed gently on its own.
For 7 days: Avoid active ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, or exfoliating products.
Moisturise & protect: Keep your skin well-hydrated, drink at least 2L of water daily, and apply broad-spectrum SPF every morning.
Waxing & hair removal: Avoid facial waxing or other hair removal methods for 2 weeks before and after treatment.
Recommended care: We advise using Synergie Skin ÜberZinc Face AM and PM for the first 48 hours post-peel.
Optional support: Post-treatment skincare kits are available for purchase to further assist healing and maintain skin health.
ALMA HARMONY - IPL
The brand new ALMA Harmony 2025 platform a medical-grade system designed to assist with common skin concerns such as pigmentation, redness, uneven tone and changes in texture.
Treatments are delivered by our experienced nursing team and always begin with a personalised consultation to ensure safety and suitability for your skin type and goals. Some peels require pre-treatment preparation with Vitamin A for four weeks - when you make an appointment, we’ll let you know what you need to do to prepare.

Begins with a nurse-led, skin assessment to determine if this treatment is suitable for you.
The skin is then thoroughly cleansed, a medical grade ultrasound gel is then applied to the skin, and protective eyewear applied.
The IPL hand piece is then applied in stamping motions, or in fast motion across the skin.
Expect your skin to feel intermittent bursts of warm spicy energy, with visible flashes of light.
Following the treatment, a cooling dermal spray then an appropriate dermal cream and solar protection.
This treatment is made more comfortable by ALMA’s sophisticated in build cooling technology for improved patient experience and a faster treatment.

Expect your skin to have a mild sunburn like feeling with mild redness immediately after treatment and for up to 48 hours post.
For the following 10 days expect brown pigmentation to darken as it rises closer to the skins surface, your skin will feel slightly dryer and the brown pigmentation will naturally flake from the skin.
For the first 48 hours after your treatment, avoid makeup, sun exposure, and strenuous exercise or heat inclusive of saunas.
No active ingredients or exfoliating products for 7 days.
Keep your skin moisturised, drink a 2L+ of water and use SPF diligently.

Your review visit is an opportunity to make sure you're progressing as expected and feeling confident about your treatment journey.
Visit us for a follow up chat, between two to six weeks after your treatment.

A Skin Care Treatment Review is Complimentary and runs for 15 minutes.

Your treating nurse will usually book this for you, but you’re also always welcome to get in touch to make a follow up appointment if you have questions, or would like to discuss your results.
We’ll assess your progress and results of your skin care treatments, reflecting back on your goals from your initial consultation.
An update and refinement of your treatment plan, based on this discussion.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, and we’ll make plans for your future treatments.
Further treatments will not be performed during this appointment.
